Best Practices For Patching
For the patches to work most effectively, it’s very important to have foundations in place.
This includes:
Eating anti-inflammatory foods: Patches work most effectively when an anti-inflammatory diet is in place along-side using them
Hydration: Drinking 1/2 your body weight in filtered water with added minerals and electrolytes helps support the liver and kidneys which is essential for toxin removal
